We appreciated the fresh fruit and bottled water in the room, as well the fruit, coffee and mini pastries in the lobby in the morning. We definitely recommend Nightshade Inn & Gardens! Inn at Taughannock Falls is located in Trumansburg New York, 14 km from Ithaca and 16.4 km from Cornell University. it’s a beautiful old property that’s beautifully maintained with all modern amenities in perfect working condition + loved the various fire pits around the property at night. the bar also made a great gin cocktail

I loved the rustic charm. The property was very historic and stayed true to the history. There was beautiful artwork on the walls and beautiful antique furniture everywhere, including the rooms. There are no TVs in the rooms which, to me, was what I was looking for. They had board games, a big common table to eat at and a bar run on very informally. I felt like I was visiting family.
